The complete story, told in full. A five-minute cinematic film featuring your pet across every seasonal theme we offer… Classic Studio Shoot, Summer on the Beach, Autumn, Halloween, Winter and Christmas, woven into one continuous piece. This isn’t a clip, it’s a keepsake film: multiple scenes, full music, their name featured throughout, and the kind of detail and care that turns a photo into something you’ll watch for years to come.

Do not leave any note on Venmo with your payment but rather immediately email us your dog's photo and which level you have chosen and paid for and we will email you to confirm receipt of your photo and payment within 24 hours. If you’re comfortable sharing a phone number as a backup way to reach you, we’d love to have it. Email is our main way of communicating, and it works great for most orders…a phone number just gives us a faster way to reach you if a quick question comes up about your photo, so we can keep things moving smoothly.
 
                       If you would like to recommend a specific shelter or rescue for the give-back rescue video program,
                      feel free to mention it in your email.

Please send us up to three photos of your dog, preferably one straight-on shot with them sitting looking at the camera and any other photos that show the rest of their body from head to tail, but the most important photo would be the one where they are sitting and looking at the camera. Depending on your mail server, you may have to send the photos in three separate emails, which is fine.

As AI continues to evolve, so will the accuracy and realism of these renders. On our end, we render numerous versions of your video in order to select and deliver the best possible result to you. By submitting your dog’s photo and completing payment, you grant us a license to use that image solely for the purpose of creating your video…we will never use your dog’s photo for any other purpose beyond this project. If you’d like, you’re welcome to have your dog’s finished video featured on our new YouTube channel, complete with a short, heartfelt story about them in the caption. Outside of these two permitted uses (creating your video and, with your optional inclusion, featuring it on our channel) we will never use your dog’s photo or likeness for anything else.
